Trevor Sorbie Styling Curl Creator

Hey Beauties!

I recently went into Boots when they were having a 3 for 2 and usually i would head straight for the makeup but now Bumble and Bumble was in Boots i had a look at the hair products, as i was looking around i came across the Trevor Sorbie Styling Curl Creator previously known as "Curl Constructor" which was in the 3 for 2. I had heard of Trevor Sorbie before and knew of how amazing he was so i had to try out the products and when i first used it i wasn't disappointed.

This Curl Creator is a great product for using before you apply any heat to your hair as it helps to hold the curl and prevent it from dropping and from what i've seen from people asking me is a big problem when doing curls.

When applying this Spray all you need to do is section your hair off as you normally would then spray down the length of the hair and comb through the section to make sure all the hair is equally sprayed and wait for it to dry up before curling, there is no need to use a heat protectant as the Curl Creator contains a heat protectant.I would make sure you don't spray too much or spray to much in one part of the hair because using too much it becomes a bit sticky which isn't good Usually with me i hate products that smell really strong this doesn't smell of anything bad but it has a really nice soft scent to it so it won't bother you.

If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen me post a picture of a clients hair i did a week ago showing 2 different types of half up, half down hair in which i used this spray so you can see for yourself how nice it makes the hair look. I also used it on a recent shoot with Louise MacPherson when doing a french braid in the models hair just to give it a bit of hold and texture

If you do want your curls to last a while longer you could always try applying some Label M Souffle to the ends of the hair as this would help to create definition in the curls but also add hold

You can get the Trevor Sorbie Styling Curl Creator from Boots or from www.trevorsorbie.com for £5.99 which for such a great product is a bargain

I've been looking for a good product below £10 for keeping curls as they drop out of my hair in under an hour (It's so frustrating!) I will be picking some of this up next time I'm in town.

This sounds quite cool Andii. I don't heat style my curls though so this may not work for me but I will keep it in mind if I ever want to kick it up a notch or two.

  5. If you try pinning up your curls as you go along they will set and once they are cool remove the clips and you will find your curls will last longer
